Alhamdulillah.. On July 22, 2023, even though I wasn't sure if I could enter Bukit Broga or not, I continued my journey to Semenyih via Highway Lekas. The journey from Seremban to Broga is less than an hour. From the beginning, I turned on the waze because I was afraid I would forget the oil palm entrance lane. This is the third time I've been here because I haven't been here for a long time due to the MCO. When we arrived at the oil palm plantation area, we parked the car closest to the entrance road to Bukit Broga. Oil palm areas are usually peaty, with uneven undulating soil. When I was parking, there was a car and the driver had just arrived. I saw that he was different. He looked like someone, maybe SB😎, hehe👻. I'm like a spy too, but I'm not certified haha👻.
I said this because before he changed clothes, he was dressed formally with black casual shoes. There was no one else, just the three of us and the person I called 'SB' earlier hehe👻. I was taking a picture and accidentally the man was in the picture but I can't share it here, let it be a secret. He is from Perlis. I noticed that when we go to a hiking spot full of forests and bushes, there must be a hero like this as our traveling companion haha👻, oh my, this feeling is really funny. It's good to have a grown man as our mountain climbing companion.
We all have no self-defense skills, but we can just break someone's neck, huh👽, it sounds like a violent act.. just kidding... At worst, we can run as fast as the legend Carl Lewis, take 1000 steps and run away hehe👻♈.
Okay, let's continue the story👻♈.
We arrived at almost five in the evening, which was really late but our spirits were strong, was there anyone, was there no one, we continued our journey to the top of Broga Hill... YES!
We started following the track. Along the way, there were only bushes and forests on the left and right sides of the track.. For your information, the palm oil car park is privately owned, so we had to pay five ringgit. If you want free parking, don't enter here but enter the lane to MPKJ. I've never entered MPKJ so I don't know what the place is like. Forget it, let's continue our journey. After passing through a small lane, we arrived at a gate with Malay/Jawi writing
"سلامت داتڠ كبوكيت بروڬ"
There is a mysterious story near here. There is an elf restaurant here. On the dilapidated restaurant it says 'Elf Restaurant' in spray paint huh👻. Watch your mouth when you enter the forest. Don't say nonsense. If you don't want anything to happen to you, your intentions must be right. ok let's go.
The track distance to the top is 1600 Meter.
Broga has two checkpoints.
Let's go!
Every 100 meters we walked forward, we would definitely see a signboard with information about the distance we had to travel. The Bukit Broga track is not very challenging but a fun route to travel during the day but not at night.
The Broga Track is perfect for hikers who are just starting out with this activity.

The journey to the top took almost an hour. The person I called 'SB' had disappeared from sight. We continued on our journey and stopped briefly to take pictures around the area.
I followed this path, had to climb this big rock.. I almost fell because it was slippery. I hugged the rock and looked for a suitable place to step on... huh, it's really dangerous, there's a ravine behind me. Actually, there are two ways, I don't know which one is right because I haven't been here in a long time. If I want to turn back, it's a bit far. I just continue on my journey.
The track to the top of Broga is really beautiful. The path is small. Left and right are full of tall weeds. You have to be careful because you can't see what's around you.
On this hillside, we can see the entire area because there are no big trees blocking the view. The track is indeed beautiful and there are not many obstacles.
The view at a height of 1251 meters. We're almost to the first peak.
It's normal to be tired when you want to reach the top, of course the track gets higher and higher.
Thank God we reached the top of Broga Hill in style. The person I called 'SB' was sitting on a big rock. Suddenly a woman appeared and in terms of her appearance she looked like a hardcore hiker. She went up alone and seemed to be talking to 'SB' a lot. They apparently had a connection. Okay, now I understand haha👻 I'm a spy too, don't mess with me 👻.
The woman took us to the second peak. It was late but she said it was close, so we went. I found the second trail a bit scary because it was full of bushes, the forest was a little different. After reaching the second peak, we took pictures first and then headed back to the trailhead.
Going down the hill actually requires a low gear because if we go too fast, we will stomp our feet hard causing our legs to become tense.
On the way back, halfway through the journey, we ran into a couple in their twenties. I was surprised. It was almost dusk now, why were they just about to go up? Is this true or not? I could see from their faces that they were very happy to go up. Oh, these people are weird. Come on, it's not my business to stop you👻♈.
After that, I saw a Chinese man talking on the phone. What is this? The couple's bodyguard? Tour guide? Haa, that's it. No need to think, it's so late, the elf came out and I'm having a hard time answering haha👻... We ran as fast as we could to get down.
Huhu, this is scary👻... When we arrived at a small alley area, on the left and right were covered with big trees. The bright conditions had turned dark. At that time, I could feel that there was something around the place. My hair stood on end. We all felt scary, we walked faster because we wanted to leave the area quickly. Uishh, it felt like there was something on the left and right, behind us as if we were being watched. Fuhh, we finally got out safely and reached the car park. Next time, don't come down this late because the atmosphere in the forest alley is dark and scary👻.
The 'SB' man was already in his car about to leave, so we had time to wave goodbye.
'Everytime we say goodbye, it hurts' 👻♈
It was 6.45pm. Alhamdulillah, we went straight back to Seremban. That's all my story this time.
Thank you for following until the end.
See you in the next ans TRJ blog.
Wasallam.
